2.5 Account Suspension and Termination Policy

Important information regarding account suspension and termination:

• Admin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with or without reason
• Accounts will be automatically suspended upon failing any platform exam
• No retake opportunities will be provided for failed exams
• Suspended accounts must be reactivated within 14 days
• After 14 days of suspension, any remaining balance will be transferred to platform earnings
• This transfer is permanent and non-reversible
• Users are responsible for monitoring their account status
• The platform reserves the right to verify user age at any time
• Users must be 18 years or older to use our services
• If a user is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended
• Account suspension due to age verification is permanent and irreversible
• No appeals will be considered for age-related account suspensions

2.6 Platform Fees and Charges

The following fees and charges apply to all transactions:

• Platform Fee: 40% of project value
• TDR (Transaction Discount Rate): 2.85%
• GST on TDR: 18%
• TDS for Technical Services: 2%
• Verification Charges: $2 ($1 verification fee + $1 platform margin)
• Deposit Transaction Charges: 5% of deposit amount
• Forex Handling Charges: 2.50% + 18% GST
• Platform Margin on Total Charges: 1%

2.7 User Consent and Compliance

By using our platform:

• Users explicitly agree to all terms and conditions upon registration
• Users must comply with all platform policies and guidelines
• Users accept full responsibility for their actions on the platform
• Users agree to all fee structures and payment terms
• Users acknowledge that platform decisions regarding account status are final

4. Project and Dispute Management

4.1 Project Completion Requirements

• All assigned projects must be completed by freelancers and users
• Failure to complete assigned projects will result in account suspension
• Project abandonment is strictly prohibited
• Extensions must be requested and approved before deadlines

4.2 Document Verification

• All submitted documents must be authentic and valid
• Providing false or misleading documents will result in immediate account suspension
• Regular document verification checks may be conducted
• Users are responsible for maintaining updated documentation

4.3 Dispute Resolution Process

• User reports automatically create private disputes
• Platform team will review and investigate all disputes
• Platform has final authority in dispute resolution
• Disputes are automatically closed upon project completion
• Platform is not responsible for dispute resolution after project completion

5. Code of Conduct and User Responsibilities

• Users are solely responsible for their actions and conduct on the platform
• Users must maintain professional behavior and communication standards
• Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials
• Users must verify all information before making any financial transactions
• Users are responsible for maintaining their own data backups
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• All users must complete KYC verification before accessing platform services
• Required KYC documents include:

  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
